Forensic implications of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Abstract: Forensic implications of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder - ADHD. ADHD represents one of the most frequently met conduct disorder in children and teen-agers. The present article is an overview of ADHD studies that also touch the forensic medicine domain. The results of these studies show that a major percent of ADHD patients as long as their victim’s become cases for forensic services, on the autopsy table and in different types of living person expertise (traumatological, psychiatric, toxicologic expertise). We consider that different aspects that characterize this disorder represent a scientific domain not sufficiently explored yet by forensic specialists.
