Abstract: Romania, in order to build incineration installations and for applying the provisions of the Directive on
emissions of pollutants to air, water and soil of the existing incineration and co-incineration installations, has allocated funds
and has attracted also other sources of funding. Legal medicine adds serious biological threats due to toxic, toxicological and
biological hazards such as viruses, germs. In order to implement the neutralization system of medical waste through thermal
